This North Coast AVA Brut sparkling wine is blended with 41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 9% Pinot Gris, 9% Pinot Meunier and 6% Pinot Blanc.

Ripe apricot jam, orange blossom, baking spice, and fresh pastry aromas co-mingle together on the nose. The orange flavor is followed by notes of stone fruit coupled with tropical fruit continuing onto the palate, which is rich and creamy on the mid palate.  The finish is a long vanilla bean flavor that carefully coats the fruit flavors.  This wine will continue to evolve in opulence as it ages in the bottle.

This estate Viognier hails from a south facing block of the vineyard at 2100 ft. where the soil is comprised of decomposed granite with layers of clay and loam producing a floral wine.  This block is named "Lady" for the Mirador winery dog.  Lady, an English Springer Spaniel, spends most of her days in this block assisting with vineyard management by chasing birds out of the vineyard as well as chasing geese and ducks out of the pond near the gazebo.

This Viognier was created with Carey's mom in mind mind as she prefers slightly sweet wines.  Fragrant tiers of dried apricot and melon present a wine that is lingering and slgitly sweet on the palate, vibrant with flavors of grilled O'Henry peaches and finishing with decadent white chocolate.  Residual suglar level is less than 2%.

Aromas of watermelon, strawberry and a hint of fuji apple are met with bright acidity up front that melts into fine tones of cherry blossoms.

Bright dark cherry aromas, complimented by raspberries, star anise and savory notes, with bold red fruit flavors, hints of cherry cola and white pepper, and a firm, captivating finish with dazzling acidity and silky textures that linger on the palette.

This wine offers concentrated red and black fruits interwoven with cooking spices, bacon fat, cured meat, orange zest and coffee liqueur. Silky tannins mark the finish.  Aerate for 30 minutes then enjoy with hearty dishes.

This wine is full-bodied, aromas of ripe, black plum, orange marmalade, brûléed brown sugar, fresh florals, dried herbs on the nose. The midpalate has flavors of huckleberry, rhubarb, ripe raspberry, morphing into truffle chocolate with dry silky tannins. Aerate and enjoy with grilled/braised proteins.

Beautiful dark blackberry flavors with a hint of cardamon and nutmeg while combining nice minerality, bright acidity and structured tannins for a strong balanced wine.

This wine is unmistakably Brad’s Block Syrah leading with signature blueberry, graphite, and dark chocolate notes with hints of chalkiness from the granite, Aleppo pepper and comforting baking spices.
