This North Coast AVA Brut sparkling wine is blended with 41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 9% Pinot Gris, 9% Pinot Meunier and 6% Pinot Blanc.
Ripe apricot jam, orange blossom, baking spice, and fresh pastry aromas co-mingle together on the nose. The orange flavor is followed by notes of stone fruit coupled with tropical fruit continuing onto the palate, which is rich and creamy on the mid palate. The finish is a long vanilla bean flavor that carefully coats the fruit flavors. This wine will continue to evolve in opulence as it ages in the bottle.

This Viognier was created with Carey's mom in mind mind as she prefers slightly sweet wines. Fragrant tiers of dried apricot and melon present a wine that is lingering and slgitly sweet on the palate, vibrant with flavors of grilled O'Henry peaches and finishing with decadent white chocolate. Residual suglar level is less than 2%.
